Engrandece tu YO SOY, viviendo y expresando tu verdad.
Aprende a pensar críticamente

We are living at a critical point in our history, and our human civilization as we know it is on the verge of a radical transformation.
In our attempt to regain our lost paradise, we can become obsessed with recovering a sense of security, even if it is for just a brief moment. The problem is that we are often looking in the wrong places. It turns out, most things that society promises will bring us happiness never really live up to their expectations. The moral compass that defines our Western societies seems to be pointing us towards decadence; people are moving away from patriotism, religion, and family values, and are falling prey to ideologies that represent the antithesis of those values: intolerance, violence, anti-family agendas, and an overall lack of moral compass.
The shift in values has been a gradual process, it happens without us really noticing, as has been the case throughout history. After all, daily life for most of us is busy, it’s hard to pay attention to how our society has been transforming itself over the decades; most of us think that “Zeitgeist,” the spirit of our times, is defined by humanity itself. But what if that weren’t the case? What if we are falling prey to dark forces that are governing our lives from the shadows?
I INVITE YOU TO JOIN OUR REVOLUTION – the revolution of the awakening souls.

We all have been surrounded by toxic people at one point in our lives, sometimes without even noticing it. In order to live a peaceful and successful life, we should surround ourselves with the right people. In fact, this is common advice from most leaders and mentors I ‘ve ever encountered: “If you want to know who you are, look at the five closest people around you”. Are you hanging around with people who share your same thoughts, values and contribute to your life in a positive way? Or do you just accept anybody that crosses into your path?
Toxic people have bad intentions. They might come across as friendly and nice on the outside, but on the inside, they struggle to feel happy for others, and really just care about themselves. Unfortunately, those people will always get in the way when you are trying to accomplish something positive in your life.
Toxic people can cause detrimental effects in our life if we do not learn to detect them and do something about it; there is enough evidence from research around the world that confirm that toxic relationships are harmful to your health; they increase the risk of metabolism disorders, chronic stress, heart diseases, cardiovascular issues and even depression. The influence of toxic people can be very subtle, so it is imperative to learn to detect those in your life and get away from them.
So, how can you be sure that someone around you is being a toxic person? Let’s take a look at the top traits:
1. They are the victims
Everything negative that happens to you is because “you deserve it”, but if something happens to them is a tragedy. They are the “poor me”, in every situation.
2. They love gossip and scandal
Toxic people feed themselves with negative news and gossip. Those are the first to know when something bad happens to another person. They like to be surrounded by people not doing well in their lives and therefore will try to impede that you get better or are improving in your life.
3. They are always right and never ask for forgiveness
They think that they are smarter than you, and everything they do is righteous and flawless. If something goes wrong is your fault, they are just the victims. These people do not feel any regret for causing damage to others because they think “they deserved it”.
4. They attack you the moment you share the good news with them
It might be something very subtle like saying to you “Yes sounds great, but…” The moment they say a “but” it means that they are contradicting you or pointing out that you are wrong or something might not go as expected. They like to impose fear on you to make you feel doubtful about your decision, that is why they are “experts” in seeing all the risks in everything you do.
5. They drain your energy
Have you experienced an energy drop, irritability, uneasiness or even got a headache after speaking with someone?
That would be a clear signal of very negative energy attacking your immune system. Believe it or not, negative energies, once they can connect with the other person’s energy, can cause debilitation of our immune system. Negative emotions suppress the function of our prefrontal cortex and activate the amygdala, the area of the brain that deals with the “fight or flight” protective mechanism.
In short, if you notice that people close to you have three or more of the traits mentioned above, better run away. Sometimes this might be hard because oftentimes those people are our partners, our parents or even our own children. However, regardless of the personal relationship, there is no justification to tolerate toxic behaviours for the sake of their well-being, putting yours at risk.
Form a circle of people that do care about you. Who show respect and love for what you do. Humanity is a big family, whether we are connected by blood, by soul or both. Select carefully your herd and strive!

In Today’s state of the world, nobody talks about the role family plays in the preservation of human societies. In the last decades, the focus has been set on basically destroying the very core of a functional family: the role of men and women.
Good families have a solid male-father figure who brings leadership, security and stability to the family members. They also have a caring mother, who primarily has the task of raising their children and are by excellence the food scientists, doctors, teachers, psychologists and multi-task talented of the family.
When each member of the family understands their role, there is more harmony and stability at home. Back in the 50s and 60s, one salary was enough to sustain a family of four, have a nice house and have a comfortable, decent life. However, as the decades passed and globalization started to become the hope for a “progressive future of prosperity and collaboration”- we started to see strange shifts in our cultures and especially in family structures.
The first wave of change is the encouragement of women to join the workforce. The women’s rights movement in the late 60’s not only triggered the feminist movement of that time, but also the value of being a woman and the priorities we should look after as a woman started to take a different direction, going more in favour of developing strong, emancipated and aggressive women and making obsolete the role of a loved, caring mother.
The second wave was that women became less interested in staying at home and having children. Societies started praising the new “Super Women” who climbed into leadership positions in business or became elite athletes, models or scientists. There was no room left to praise the ordinary Mother, the invisible soul that stays home and ensures the family stays together.
The third wave is a curious “cultural” explosion in gay communities. Suddenly, gay life was in Vogue. I’m not talking about the traditional homosexual or lesbian preferences, which are respectable. The whole community started to transform itself into a binary rainbow of infinite possibilities. Men that “feels like a woman” could actually get pregnant if they really want it. A trans woman can fall in love with a man. Or with a chimpanzee, or with a plant. Doesn’t matter. Your ideologies and feelings override biology and common sense.
A fourth wave is an emergence of “Feminazis”- extremist women that take “toxic masculinity” to the next level. The anger towards men is such, that they consider the natural and beautiful act of making love a “subjugation to machist dogmas”. So if you have an orgasm, you might very well be collaborating in keeping the machos in power, a sin in today’s rainbow standards.
And what would come next?
It wouldn’t surprise me, that the trend goes towards the complete eradication of any sexual identification. Asexuals, transhumans- any sign of human sovereignty is gone.
You might think I am exaggerating, but just think a bit about it.
Without the traditional family construct, the moral values that hold our civilization become blurry and obsolete. The lack of values and tradition causes confusion. Confusion causes chaos and depression.
Disconnection causes hate and wars. Connection causes love and harmony.
The family nucleus connects us to our core and our nature. The strength and assertiveness of a strong father and the loving care of a mother make you feel safe and loved. Anything else will lead to disconnection and chaos.
This is the big dystopia of our times.
Destroy families systematically, and you will destroy humanity.
Maintain healthy families and your societies will strive. That’s our only hope.
If you watch the mainstream media regularly, you might think that the world is on the verge to collapse. The third world war is about to take place, inflation is skyrocketing, and social unrest is high in most of the world.
Most decent people believe that inherently their governments are good. This is especially true in places like Europe, where you get raised with a strong influence to obey your superiors and trust the authorities. Europeans from the West brag about having an independent strong middle class, with low inequality in terms of income. But behind the scenes, the real manipulation happens already during childhood time. Fascist states like Germany for example could put parents in jail if they do not send their children to public schools. You get finger-pointed if your kid is crying in a public restaurant, because, how dare he?
There are very few awakened people in the world. People who can see beyond what is presented to them on fake screens. People that like to think for themselves, to question and challenge the status quo. But those people pay a high price for being authentic.
Societies today are very much hypocritical about almost any topic. Let’s pick one. These last few days, we have seen with quite some shock the huge manifestations in Iran of women against their religious rules (for example, wearing a hijab or showing more of their bodies publicly). From one day to the next, thousands of women organized to protest country-wide about their rights not to wear it and not to follow their religious beliefs in general.
Meanwhile, in Europe, there are hundreds of ads in different central spots in major European cities like Paris, Rome, Stockholm, etc. where the European Union openly supports the use of the hijab and even considers it as part of diversity and inclusion. This is a clear message: In Iran, you damage your culture the most if you go against religious beliefs and practices. In Europe, you damage your national heritage the most when you let all kinds of people come and impose their religious views and ways of living. It is clear that those manifestations are paid for and organized to reach social unrest.
Now you might ask, how would knowing this give me any peace?
I totally feel you. To stay calm and maintain a peaceful state of mind despite the many atrocities happening in the world today, is not an easy task. This might be one of those pieces of history in our civilization where we have been so distressed that it qualifies as a turning point in our times.
But even if it seems impossible, even if you might feel anxious and depressed about the future, there are ways to keep your peaceful state of mind. I can share with you a couple of tricks to gain back your peaceful mental state that has helped me and I hope they can help you too:
· Turn off the TV and social media channels for a while
If you are one of those who as soon as they wake up are already with your fingertips reaching that news app on your iPhone or going first thing in the morning to turn on the morning news channel, then my friend, you have to give up that habit.
If you do this for two days in a row, you will realize that most of the negativity about the state of the world is coming precisely from the news channels. We believe that watching the news keeps us informed about the world, but this is naïve thinking. Major media news are being paid to bring specific storylines which benefit the ones that pay for them to get streamed.
Look at who sponsors your favourite TV channels and social media apps and I tell you who is dictating to you what you should believe as the truth.
· Make exercise outdoors regularly
Doing sports outdoors is an antidepressant by excellence. Even if you just go for a 20 minute walk a day already puts you in a calmer mental state and makes you feel much better than laying around on the sofa or sitting at your desk.
· Eat a high- good quality fat diet. Reduce carbs
We have the wrong conception of high-fat diets. For many decades, doctors, nutritionists and society, in general, have demonized the consumption of foods with high cholesterol profiles like eggs, cheese, meat, olive oils and nuts. The food industry profits more making you believe that a diet mainly based on cereals is more nutritious and gives you more energy.
But this is entirely wrong. It has been proven by many doctors around the world, one of the most prominent being Dr. David Perlmutter, that one of the leading causes of neurodegenerative diseases, obesity and anxiety are mainly dietary. That means, what we are eating has much more impact on our health and our brain than we think. He found out after extensive research that numerous neurological afflictions are related to too much consumption of carbs and too few healthy fats. Fat has always been a fundamental pillar of our diets even from ancestral times. Try it out: Restrain your cereals and sugar consumption and increase your consumption of eggs, meat, fish, nuts, coconut and olive oil. You will gain more energy, feel better, sleep better and get a sharper memory. If you want to know more about this topic, I recommend you to get Dr. Perlmutter’s book Grain Brain.
· Keep focused on your own goals
In a world filled with terror, wars, crisis and instability, it is difficult not to feel depressed and frustrated about it. We feel incompetent and so small, and unable to solve the imminent third world war, the pandemics, the gas crisis and climate change, and whatever else new crisis gets announced on the TV.
It is true, we cannot change what the media, politicians and big industries want to impose on us. But we can do something about our own lives. We have the power of choice and free will. You can choose to ignore the media. You can choose to focus on your goals, despite the negative outlooks. You can choose to do everything you can to keep this world as a still livable place to be as we can. A place you would feel proud to leave to your children.
By ignoring the media and making your own conscious choices, you will realize that the world is not as bad as you think. You can still achieve your goals, realize your dreams and meet great people. We do not have to be politicized and divided. We can also act as a united community, striving to make our best, to the best of our capabilities, in this beautiful world.
The bigger spheres of “Power” might be led by lunatics and psychopaths, but we could take away that power from them: By ignoring them, and by developing our own thinking. Be the architect of your life and do not let them do that for you.
Believe me, once you take full ownership of your thoughts and actions, you will gain peace of mind as you had never before.

When we think of a leader, what often comes to mind is someone with a strong character, powerful, smart, ambitious- someone who shows you the way about how things should be done- but we should ask ourselves if those traits are still the ultimate attributes of leadership. I certainly challenge that view.
As a life learner of the concept of leadership and success, and by intensely researching the traits of great leaders and linking this knowledge with my experience as a professional coach, I realized that there is something more profound in their mindset, something beyond the quest for power and ambition. Regardless of their path of life, what differentiates the extraordinary leader who has the biggest and long-lasting impact on societies versus the one that merely displayed a power show in front of the scenarios but with the time it vanished like a small dust particle in the vast desert?
I have spent more than ten years in the corporate business environment. During this time, I came across a number leaders from all kinds; using the definitions from Goleman, Boyatzis & McKee from their book Primal Leadership (2002): from the very directive and autocratic ones, all the way to the charismatic, democratic and laissez-faire ones. I´m trying to recall when did a boss really caused an impact for me and my career. I realized that I could count them with one hand and I would even have many fingers left.
The reality is, the concept of leadership has been a misleading one for me. For years I have been taught that a leader is someone who has to guide the masses, who knows and understands what and when things need to get done; But when I reflect on what is it what made a leader to have a real impact on me, the image that comes to mind is clear: I admire those leaders who trusted in my capabilities and guided me on a way I felt I was developing and growing. I appreciated those conversations that were not just about judging and evaluating my performance and having to prove to them how I am capable to solve certain problems; but those that had a more personal touch. Where I felt listened to. Where there was an air of mutual respect and where my thoughts and ideas were welcomed. That’s when I realized that a real leader is somebody that can connect with their people; someone that can listen, and acts like a coach who looks after development and not after performance.
A conscious leader is somebody that builds influence based on trust, open communication and strong cooperative relationships. Someone that does not seek after the end game, but enjoys the process of getting there and is capable to transmit that energy and passion for the journey- and not only for the destination. As leaders, we do not need to have all the answers and solve all the problems; there is no such thing as being a master. The accumulation of skill and experience is not all that matters; it is also crucial to be able to develop self-awareness and compassion towards others.
Specially in times like the ones we are living today, when organizations are suffering with staffing people- following the great resignation crisis that hit America on mid 2021, recent statistics performed by Bankrate in their 2021 Job Seeker Survey show that more than 55% of Americans in the workforce are thinking about changing their jobs. This trend combined with the increasing numbers of Americans who claim to be dissatisfied in their jobs is taking a heavy toll in the US with productivity loses which amount $450-$500 billion USD a year according to a 2021 Gallup Survey.
When we look at the main drivers of people quitting their jobs, we find out that the big majority still lists “limited career progression”, “inadequate leadership” or “not being valued and appreciated” as one of the top reasons. This is not an American phenomenon but a worldwide trend. Looking at a recent survey made by Michael Page, a top recruiting company in Switzerland- a country known for having one of the highest salaries in the world- have listed that the top reasons of people leaving the jobs are related to lack of training and development opportunities, and dissatisfaction with their leadership and management.
This leaves us with a sharp message: We need to change our paradigms about classic leadership and embrace conscious leadership for real; not only as a nice catch phrase to say at leadership meetings and fancy gatherings, but to truly get in the path of becoming a conscious leader by starting with developing our own self-awareness.
Now that I think about it, it sounds quite logical. To be able to lead others, one should be able to lead one-self first. If you cannot keep your house in order, your thoughts straight, and your principles clear- how can we expect others to do so?
And I suspect, this is the journey of our lifetime. It is not a one -time conquer, but an everyday discovery. And the same applies when leading others. The pathway to trust and to build strong long- lasting relationships requires daily work, and to develop skills that are more compassionate rather than assertive.
For example, it should be the primary goal of a conscious leader to develop the capability to help people in becoming self-aware of their own capabilities; by displaying curiosity, asking exploratory, open-ended short questions that help peoplerecognize their personal vision.
The Underrated Characteristics of the Conscious Leader
When you ask people to list the top five leadership traits, most people would come with the following keywords: influential, powerful, charismatic, confident, communicative, problem solver. However, if we aim to become conscious leaders, we need to develop other kind of traits that are not often associated to leadership.
Active Listening
Listening is the master of the skills. Unfortunately, it is as well one of the most underrated ones in leadership, especially in highly competitive environments where it seems like the louder you scream the better you are. Listening is often seen as with being quiet, introvert and receptive- traits which do not match with the typical image of strong and assertive leaders. However, active listening is a very powerful tool, that if used with enough awareness, could bring people to higher levels of understanding and unity.
In our role as leaders, it is of most importance to develop exceptional listening skills, which is the ability to be able to fully focus your attention on what the other person is saying without getting into distractions.
Research has shown that when active listening is present in the organizational culture, the levels of trust and cooperation are much higher than in organizations where employees feel that their opinions and ideas are neglected.
Patience
In a world where information flows at incredible speed rates and when the pressure to become faster at adapting changes is the norm, the art of patience seems to unfit with the desirable characteristics of a leader. However, by observing the main traits of the greatest leaders of our history, we can find in many occasions that one of the fundamental characteristics they had was developing a long standing patience.
To develop patience requires a great level of self-awareness. Patience is defined by common language as the capacity to accept and tolerate any kind of problems, and situations that do not develop as expected. It is done so without anxious feelings and therefore you remain emotionally stable. Leaders that show greater levels of patience are the ones that end up succeeding on long term objectives and ideals.
Among the examples of extraordinary leaders which were exceptional on this skill are Mahatma Ghandi, who displayed the determination to walk 390 km- a 24 hours walk- from Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad to a small village called Dandi, in order to support the abolishment of the salt tax, which eventually triggered the event of the great Civil Disobedience Movement, where millions of people protested peacefully under his leadership and which finally culminated in the Independence of India from the British rule.
Former South African president Nelson Mandela’s patience and determination made him resist any obstacle and pay a condemn of twenty-seven years of prison in order to see his dream come true: The eradication of the Apartheid era in South Africa.
Silence
One might ask, how can silence benefit a leader in any way? In western cultures, silence has a bad popularity on the business and political arenas. Silence is associated with weakness, and fragility; perhaps even with lack of knowledge or inability to express. However, in oriental cultures, silence is regarded as one of the highest faculties of wise men.
In conscious conversations, silence is the space where actually the magic happens. Silence allows us to tap into our mind and reach for the solutions and answers we have been struggling to find in the “outside”. Although externally silence appears to have no content per se, actually, it is the space where everything is created. As a leader, giving people the space needed to think, reflect and answer calmly will allow for more meaningful and valuable inputs, as opposed to erratic non-sense responses triggered by the pressure to talk.
The problem solver vs the curious explorer
Typical leaders see themselves as problem-solvers by excellence. This is the one single quality that most people would agree belongs to a leader. It is one of the qualities most people get paid for. The bigger the problems the leader can solve, the bigger the economic rewards the person receives, and the bigger the recognition. However, when it comes to really understanding the reality of organizations and the real underlying feelings of the people, providing the answers to all of their questions and giving advice would rarely surface the root causes of the real problem.
The reality is, there is never a one single side of the story, a solution that fits-to-all, like most businesses like to think about. The issue with the problem-solving minded people is that in the urge to jump into action, they neglect to see the full picture, and to step back and try to understand what is really going on. Assertive personalities do not hesitate to act and although action is important, if applied in the wrong direction can lead to less desirable results.
What would happen if instead of jumping directly into the solution mode, as leaders, we would simply stay open and curious, and try to discover the real causes by maintaining an explorative mind?
Stepping back to look at the whole picture is a way to bring awareness to the current situation and this helps us maintain our feet on the ground.
In a research led by Dr. Jay Hardy, assistant professor in the College of Business at Oregon State University, it was found that people who showed strong curiosity traits on personality tests performed better on creative tasks than those that did not showed a strong curiosity trait on the test. Also, people who scored higher in having interests for exploring unfamiliar topics and learning something new, were more likely to come up with creative solutions to solve problems.
After all, curiosity and problem-solving are not mutually exclusive. On the contrary, a curious and open mind, will often lead to a better capacity to solve all kinds of problems. The key is not to get trapped on the egoistic self- rewarding solution mode, where the emotional need of control is bigger than the willingness to really understand the truth of things.
Conscious leaders are driven by a vision and steer their lives in the direction of reaching that vision
If you don’t know what do you want or where you are going, how can you be certain you are living your best life?
I have asked myself this question since a very early age. I was around eight years old, with my mother driving me home after school. I observed the dense traffic and the faces and expressions of the people; some looked like they really are enjoying the ride and others looked rather anxious and angry. I kept thinking about it for many years after: all of us are going somewhere; although I’m not sure everyone really has paid attention to where they are going.
Where I am going? To look for this answer, I understood, is the true essence of what life is all about. With the years I realized that I was not the only one in search for this quest and that it is as common as the sunset. Most of ancient and contemporary leaders and world thinkers actually placed that question as a central quest to understand their human existence.
Most people think that their destination is driven by external things that happen “by chance” around them. Very few are really capable to see that their own life is a consequence of their own personal choices (or the lack of thereof). A conscious leader understands that they are the captains of their boats and they have the capability to steer their life in the desired direction. Not only do they understand the value of having a vision to seek after; but also encourage others to look for their own personal vision and to work towards it.
What does it take to listen over to our consciousness first and take action towards what we really want? That’s one of the fundamental questions we should ask ourselves when we are willing to become more conscious about who we are and what is the impact that our leadership is having in others.
It is no secret, that becoming a conscious leader requires patience and courage. It is certainly not easy, to look at ourselves from the inside out. We prefer to look for imperfections in others, to claim that our cause is noble and righteous, and blaming whoever thinks otherwise. Our positions of power give us that opportunity to demand authority and respect, but that doesn’t mean that we have really gained it.
You might have the notion of being a good leader; but the best indicator to know that is to the degree in which the people closest to you really trust you. Can they rely on you when things are harsh? Can you keep your core stable despite the turbulences, and the catastrophes? Can you bring sanity and order in the otherwise chaotic world we live in? This is a self-reflection worth doing.
Conclusion
The seed of conscious leadership starts with self-awareness and the search for the truth. A conscious leader is an authentic leader, who can recognize the shortfalls but as well be honest about it with others. It is someone that has the humility to give more attention to the others first, and make an effort to understand others without the lenses of judgement or convenience.
To become a conscious leader requires to develop traits that have been often neglected on the traditional archetype of a leader; but those characteristics are crucial to cultivate higher virtues like compassion, justice and truth.
Being an authentic character is hard in our society. It means to show yourself in the open, to become vulnerable. It means to go beyond the comfort zone. You cannot become a conscious leader when you are not telling the truth about yourself. You might reach higher positions in a hierarchical status at work or in a social circle, but it will be a fragile foundation which won’t last.
After all, being conscious means being present; and being present is the ultimate state of human experience.

The world is ending since I have a memory. Year after year, we are being reminded that there is not much time left until an apocalyptic climate event will finally erase us from the phase of the earth.
I still remember Al Gore’s speech saying the Ice Poles will be melted by 2013. And the many count-downs about how much longer we will stay around until we literally fry away. It is funny that they always inflict us with the fear of «burning» instead of «freezing» – this for sure has a psychological connotation. Because logically speaking, humans resist better heat than cold; but that’s another story.
Turns out the enemy of the world is carbon dioxide emissions, or so the story goes. This dangerous gas emission is a by-product of a civilization that uses too much fossil fuel. The mainstream story often forgets that carbon dioxide has a fertilization effect and is the main responsible for photosynthesis, which is the living mechanism of plants and that the more carbon dioxide is emitted, the bigger the plants grow and the more life flourishes.
Are we still so naïve to believe that carbon dioxide emissions are the only enemy of humanity and the environment? Will neutralizing carbon will save us from burning in hell?
Will “morally green” choices like replacing fossil-fueled cars with electric ones, stopping eating meat, stopping all plane travel, recycling your plastics and PETs and investing in solar panel grids have the desired effect of actually reducing temperatures, or is it a well-intentioned but ignorant and completely useless choice?
According to global climate experts like Bjorn Lomborg, we can’t really fix climate change. Even if all the nations of the world would comply 100% with the Paris agreement goal of limiting global warming to well below 2, preferably to 1.5 degrees Celsius in 100 years spending trillions and trillions of dollars along the way, the reality is that as technology and industries keep evolving along with our civilization needs, the carbon intensity will keep rising and we will use more and more energy than ever before, which makes this goal completely unattainable.
There is no single nation in the world today that can rely fully on solar or wind energy to cover all their energy needs. Governments spend more than 40 billion USD every year subsidizing inefficient solar energy and wind power. With our current technology, the WEF brags that we have reached in 2021 the 10% mark of use of solar and wind energy worldwide. Even if that would be true, how are we planning to get the 90% left?
Carbon dioxide emissions are of course a by-product of “cheap “ energy delivered by fossil fuel, which took us two hundred years of development. To think that we can replace fossil and become “carbon neutral” worldwide by 2030 is a fairytale dream that will cost trillions of dollars. Oddly enough, countries bragging about such ambitions do not include China which is one of the top fossil fuel consumers worldwide.
Maybe in countries like the USA, Germany or Switzerland sounds like a whim of destiny. What about the world’s poorest nations which don’t have trillions to spend? Poor countries, especially in marginalized areas, need desperately cheap power and energy to sustain their needs. Energy is the main source of growth and life, as it is for all nations still today. No single nation can realistically survive from solar and wind alone. At least, the technology is not there yet.
So why make a big drama about it?
Why are the governments supporting leftist agendas that radicalize the ideologies around climate change to pass laws that make the poor poorer and the elites richer?
We might find part of the answer if we take a look at the worldwide protests happening everywhere and which are hidden by the mainstream media outlets. The mainstream never shows that more than 30,000 farmers from the Netherlands are threatening to stop the nation’s food supply in protest of the extreme “climate policies” to eradicate “pollutant gases” by 2030. By common sense, even if Dutch farmers will cut more than 70% of their gas emissions, we will not reach the goal in the first case and at the worst, we will destroy a vital part not only of the Dutch food supply but also on a worldwide level.
Let us not forget that the Netherlands is the second largest exporter of agricultural commodities, just behind the US (agdaily.com). Another case is the mass protests in Germany taking place due to excessive elevated gas prices and the shut- down of nuclear energy plants. If the gas is shut in winter, are the Germans expected to survive the harsh winter based on solar energy panels alone? When the sun «shines» basically 4 hours a day in winter? In the United States, President Joe Biden just announced as I’m writing this that he is planning to call for a “climate change national emergency” which will allow him to take drastic measures against fossil fuels. All of this happening while heads of state and prince Harry are flying on private jets all around the world to blame for our “abusive consumption”.
All I see when looking at climate emergency speeches by governments everywhere is pure and sheer hypocrisy and hunger for power.
I agree that we can do much better at managing our waste and finding ways to reduce the pollution we produce as species. However, little we can do if we do not stop the real sources of the problem. The real pollutants are the same people preaching they know better by restricting us and cutting away the energy and essential resources that we so much need to keep striving as a civilization. Those politicians and industry cartels are the ones who generate the problems that now they claim to try to solve. If not, let’s ask Coca-Cola how they stole precious pure and drinkable water from marginalised communities in Mexico so that they can use that water to produce more Coke (and pollute Mexico’s underground water sources, producing more plastic and emitting enormous pollutants like nobody during the manufacturing and distribution on their way). Those communities might not have drinkable water for domestic use, but take a look at their small corner stores and you will find full stacks of 2-litre Coca-Cola bottles!
Let’s keep our eyes wide open and stop believing in climate change propaganda. Let’s observe who really benefits from this and who the real losers are.
Let’s face some inconvenient truths:
1. We cannot change the climate with our routinary small daily actions (but geoengineering on the military level can change it on the surface)
2. Nothing we do will have any noticeable effect on the «rising temperatures» a 100 years from now, so 2030 is a ridiculous target
3. There is another agenda behind climate change
Our job is to become aware of it and reverse this trend that will affect us much more than benefit us.

Language is possibly one of the most powerful tools for survival in our human nature. It is only possible through language to live in communities, form entire civilizations and transcend the animal kingdom by being able to convert an idea into matter through the explicit use of our spoken language.
We create our own world but we rarely think about the mechanisms about how precisely we are building that world for ourselves. How can we shape our own life?
The answer that came to my mind is simple: through language.
But language is so powerful, so magnificent that it can create wonderful things as much as it can completely destroy them.
By the use of language, you are crafting your life… word by word.
So, what happens when you use your language to distort reality?
We know that we can say anything we want, and we shape our own reality by doing so. That’s why lying is even considered something regular people do most of the time.
Everybody tells a lie, here and there right? It can be a white, non-offensive lie, or a big one; so big a grotesque nobody even can believe it is actually a lie.
As Joseph Goebbels, the sinister politician in the Nazi era used to say: “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it”.
Big lies can become collective realities, if the critical mass of people believes them and regard them as true. A collective lie which is seen as reality can define the destiny of entire nations and the world at large.
Lies can be powerful allies when you want to hide from someone or something. Telling lies is a defence mechanism to avoid facing and dealing with the truth… with the pure and naked reality.
In that sense, it is logical to think that the more you lie, in order to get certain things in life (maybe power, money, recognition, acceptance… whatever it is) the farthest away you are from really knowing who you are.
You are lost in a thousand-mirror puzzle. One little lie has to be covered by a bigger lie, and the bigger lie by another very very big lie and if you are not clever and keep track of all the lies you will start to contradict yourself; you will lose the sense of reality. You will be disoriented and out of touch. Probably you need to invent a new lie to get out of that embarrassing situation- but it will be a weak foundation and will collapse again once you have to cover up the new lies associated.
What a strange world. Why do we ever have to rely on lies to live our lives?
Lying builds sand castles in unstable clouds, but telling the truth really keeps you firm on the ground.
Real and deep human interaction that is constructive only comes from a place of trust. And to be able to be trusted, you need to tell the truth. Here’s how you can start practising getting your true voice out:
· When you talk, pay attention to your inner emotions. Do you feel nervous, or inadequate or does your voice sound weak? If that’s the case, you are talking from a place of fear, which is fertile ground for lying
· Start to consciously recognize your own lies; every time that you caught yourself saying one, write it down and keep a log; are you capable of doing such exercise?
· When you are caught saying a lie- ask yourself: what will be my expected benefit for having said that lie? What could be the consequence if I ever got caught? What result has more impact on my life and why?
· If you want to discover who you really are, ask yourself: am I willing to pay the price of knowing who I really am? Even if that means being exposed to my own truth, my authentic thoughts and desires? Am I willing to defend myself by always striving to tell the truth?
People demand constant communication to keep their minds organized. Therefore, by communicating with the language of truth to others, you are not only helping your own mind come to terms with your true self but also, you are helping others to do so as well. Because as much as lies are contagious, truth is even more. People realise the spark in the eyes, the passion that emanates from the eloquent heart.
